Contrattura muscolare: quell’indurimento del muscolo tanto fastidioso che a volte ci fa preoccupare, ne parliamo oggi. Contrattura muscolare: che cos’è? La contrattura muscolare è una leggera variazione della contrazione, una è “cattiva”,...Mi chiamo Paolo Klavzar, sono un professionista laureato in Fisioterapia presso l’università degli Studi di Milano, certificato Fisioterapista Ortokinetico®.
Ho conseguito successivamente una formazione in terapia manuale e fisioterapia neuromuscoloscheletrica secondo la medicina basata sulle evidenze, ovvero secondo tutto ciò che la scienza oggi ha dimostrato essere realmente efficace.
Continuo a studiare ogni anno frequentando corsi di formazione per migliorare il mio intervento terapeutico e il mio rapporto con i pazienti e con i colleghi medici.
